HETEROTOPIA | AN EPILOGUE
‘Heterotopia : Epilogue’ is a short animated film created as part of the course ‘On Ghost Images,’ instructed by Prof. Petros Babasikas at the University of Toronto. The film explores heterotopic spaces as vectors of otherness — places that unsettle the familiar course of life, where perception begins to shift in subtle, unanticipated ways. Beginning in a New York City coffee shop marked "always open," the narrative guides viewers through gaps in time and space, traveling into other temporal and spatial dimensions. This journey unfolds years later in a distant city, questioning whether the conclusion is, in fact, the beginning.
